I know it’s not the beginning of a month, but there is no time like the present to start working on a better you! We are kicking off a thirty day challenge to change our minds into being more healthy and happy. To start off the next thirty days of positive thoughts, prayer, meditation and overall well-being, your challenge is to post a note to yourself in a place you are most likely to look at it daily (bathroom mirror would be a good spot). Write what it is you would like to get out of the next month as a statement like it has already happened. For example,
I am young, content and full of life. My body is healthy, whole and perfect the way it is.
Read it every day, throughout the day and believe it! You have no excuse, just do it! Grab a journal and pen and get ready to make the changes you have been putting off.
