Days 3 & 4: Healthy Mind Challenge

In case you haven’t seen today’s challenge posted on the NAHH Facebook page, it was to unplug for the evening. Turn off your cell phone, computer, ipod or whatever else you waste your time on for the night and leave it off. Spend some time in meditation or writing in a journal about what you have been feeling for the past few days. Have you noticed any difference in your thinking? Are you repeating your affirmation throughout the day? I hope you are feeling changes start to take place already.

Tomorrow’s challenge will be to add an affirmation to your existing one. Write it down, post it somewhere you walk by multiple times each day, read them out load each time you walk by them, believe them and make them happen. My new affirmation is

Life is good. I have everything I need and more.
