Day 7: Healthy Mind Challenge- Letting go of regret

All too often, I catch myself thinking about mistakes I’ve made in the past or wondering about how things might be different if I had made better choices. The past unfortunately cannot be changed however and time spent dwelling on it is time wasted. Today your challenge is to let go of those things you’ve been holding onto from your past. Get rid of the coulda, woulda, shouldas. Write them down and throw away the paper, burn it or do whatever you want to do with it to get rid of it for good. Forgive yourself for anything you have been unwilling to let go of and move on. BE present in the present.
