Even though you may not feel like it in the morning, each day you wake up is a blessing and a gift. I am not a morning person, but for today’s healthy mind challenge, I’m setting a goal to wake up and immediately give thanks that I get to start a new day. Set a goal for yourself today. It can be the same as mine or you can make up your own. Make it a daily goal that you can do either in the morning or early in the day so you’re not left thinking about it all day.
