We are half way through our 30 day Healthy Mind Challenge! Hopefully you have noticed a difference in your mental health. If you have been faithful in reading your affirmations throughout the day, then you most definitely have noticed a change.
For our challenge today, we are going to spend some time reflecting on the changes we’ve made and write down what we have observed. Are you calmer? Do you have more confidence? Does your mind feel more clear? Ask yourself these questions and note the answers in your journal. If you don’t like the answers you have, think about what you need to do to change that. Do you need to repeat your affirmations more often, write in your journal more or spend more time in prayer? Really focus on what is going well so far for you and what you would like to change, if anything.
