FREE New Monthly E-Zine from ELT!

FREE New Monthly E-Zine from ELT!

Have you seen this great new little e-zine, Every Little Thing! Birth and Beyond yet? With only 8 issues under their belt, this free publication is well underway to being a leader in their field. They have expert advice on everything from celebrity pregnancy news to a special section devoted just for dads! How many other magazines can say that?!? I believe that they signed Dr. Mark Hyman on-board as a contributor this month, which is very exciting to get someone so reputable.

If you pick up the December issue, you can find an article by yours truly about staying healthy through the holidays. It’s not just about the food that you eat (and we all know how much we can overeat during this time of year), but how to keep your overall physical and mental health in tact. You can read my article here.

A dear friend that I have gotten to know through school has been guiding me through the process of contributing and advertising through ELT! magazine. If you have any need for advertising or if you are writer looking to be published, you can contact her, Elise Ho. If I wasn’t 100% happy with their services, I would not recommend them, but I truly feel this has been a beneficial and positive experience.

Please let me know your thoughts on my article!

<3 and blessings,

    Thank you very much, Tiffany.

You are correct that Dr Mark Hyman is now one of our monthly contributors. He has been with us for a few months now and we are quite thrilled.

I am so pleased that you are happy. I look forward to helping you reach out so that you can help even more people with your great food plans, recipes, support, teas and more.
