If you skip breakfast often because you’re short on time or just don’t know how to make a healthy breakfast, these recipes are sure to give you some great ideas! Sorry the photos aren’t the best, but I’m not a professional photographer and my camera isn’t the greatest either.
Ingredients:
- 1 large apple
- Sunflower seed butter (or any nut or seed butter)
Directions:
- Core apple if you have a corer.
- Cut top and bottom off apple, then cut into thin slices.
- Match up similar sized pieces, then fill with nut or seed butter of your choice.
- Serve!
Ingredients:
- 1 large avocado
- 2 eggs
- Sea salt
- Pepper
Directions:
- Cut avocado in half and remove seed.
- Hollow out around seed hole to make enough room for egg.
- Crack egg into hole, then bake on 400 for 10-15 minutes, depending on how you like your eggs.
- Remove from oven, add sea salt and pepper to taste, then serve!
Ingredients:
- 1 large avocado
- 5 ice cubes
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 5 drops stevia
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
- Enjoy!
My son loves the “apple rings” for an anytime treat and I am trying the “cococado” smoothie tomorrow morning, yum!
