3 Super Easy Breakfast Ideas ~ALL 4 Ingredients OR LESS!

If you skip breakfast often because you’re short on time or just don’t know how to make a healthy breakfast, these recipes are sure to give you some great ideas! Sorry the photos aren’t the best, but I’m not a professional photographer and my camera isn’t the greatest either.

Sunflower seed butter sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 1 large apple
  • Sunflower seed butter (or any nut or seed butter)

Directions:

  • Core apple if you have a corer.
  • Cut top and bottom off apple, then cut into thin slices.
  • Match up similar sized pieces, then fill with nut or seed butter of your choice.
  • Serve!

Baked avocado and egg

Ingredients:

  • 1 large avocado
  • 2 eggs
  • Sea salt
  • Pepper

Directions:

  • Cut avocado in half and remove seed.
  • Hollow out around seed hole to make enough room for egg.
  • Crack egg into hole, then bake on 400 for 10-15 minutes, depending on how you like your eggs.
  • Remove from oven, add sea salt and pepper to taste, then serve!

Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 large avocado
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 5 drops stevia

Directions:

  • Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
  • Enjoy!
