Not too long ago, I did a demonstration on healthy lunches. Though I accidentally deleted all of the great pics I took, look for a post soon on ten healthy meals you can pack for your kiddos. They all include something from each of the food groups except for dairy. We eat a mostly Paleo-style diet and most of the foods in I pack reflect that, but some foods are not technically Paleo-approved.
