Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

I can’t even describe  to you how excited I am to kick off the fall cleanse soon! Just wanted to share with you this amazing smoothie, which is one of the AbFab recipes included when you participate in the group cleanse {more details here}.

If  you HEART pumpkin as much as me, you are sure to love this sweet treat that will leave you wondering how something so yummy can be good for you! But it is!! Nutritious + delicious.

Recipe:

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

  • 2 cups coconut, rice, almond OR hemp milk
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree (home-made or canned)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 2 Tablespoons raw honey or 5 drops stevia

Combine all ingredients in blender; blend until smooth.
