During a Health Overhaul Consultation, we will review your health questionnaire consisting of health background, diet, and lifestyle questions. I then make recommendations on how to help you lose weight and/or live a healthier lifestyle by making dietary changes, exercise and possibly alternative therapies. These recommendation will includes specific foods to avoid and which foods to eat more often and instructions for exercise customized just for you. Alternative therapies recommended may include acupuncture, herbs, essential oils, massage and/or other healing techniques to help support the nutrition and fitness suggestions.
I will also help you set goals to ensure your success. You will receive a handout for setting weekly goals which include instructions on how to set proper goals.
After four weeks, we will have a follow-up session to review your results and answer any questions you might have going forward on your own.
